What We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and business name when you sign up. When you connect QuickBooks, we read your unpaid invoice data and client contact details - only what is needed to track overdue invoices and send follow-ups on your behalf.
How We Keep It Safe
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We connect to QuickBooks using OAuth - which means we never see or store your QuickBooks password. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
How We Use AI
Our AI agent writes and sends follow-up messages on your behalf using your invoice data. This data is never used to train AI models for other companies. What happens in your account stays in your account.
